Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had created development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a notes section identifying distinct sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for dock shelters.
